RHINO TUFF PC Skylight Sheet Cum Base Frames are the result of out of the box thinking backed by engineering expertise and advanced manufacturing capability.
They give the word utility a whole new and wider meaning. True to their name and like all our other offerings, they too are tough and perform exceptionally for a long time.
This rather simple yet innovative Product doubles up as a Polycarbonate Base Plate and a Polycarbonate Sheet. This Product can be fitted over any kind of roof to provide natural light and to facilitate natural ventilation.
The PC Sheet Cum PC Base Frames are thermoformed using UV Coated PC Solid Sheets. The U.V. Coating protects against U.V. Radiation. As a result, they do not yellow and become brittle when exposed to sunlight for long periods. They are durable and have a service life of more than 15 years.
The PC Sheet Cum Base Frames are 3.35 Mtr. (11.0 Ft.) long so that they provide adequate natural light like a PC Sheet. They also have an in-built aero-dynamic Venture Dome at the centre to hold Turbo Ventilator Fans just like the standard PC Base Plate.
The Venture Domes are provided with a Dual Mounting Neck to accommodate Turbo Fans in two different Throat Dia Sizes. They can be made available in any one of the two diameter size combinations given below
- 24’’ (600 MM) x 21‘’ (530 MM)
- 24’’ (600 MM) x 22’’ (560 MM)
They Venture Dome has a sizeable opening at its base to facilitate rapid exhaust of hot stale air through the Turbo Fans. Their unique aero-dynamic design helps form a natural draft and also give a boost to the convection currents for an enhanced air flow.
