Poly Soaker Plate Cum Skylight Panels
It is an innovative 2-in-1 utility product that doubles up as a roof curb and a full-size skylight panel. It is made of UV-protected Polycarbonate and is transparent. It holds ventilation equipment over roofs of metal frame buildings and provides quality natural light.
The Poly-Soaker Plates Cum Skylight Panels can be single or double skin. The Single Skin Poly Soaker Plates are fully molded with no joints or assembly. The double-skin Poly Soaker consists of a Polycarbonate Corrugated Clear Top Panel and a thermal-insulated Multi-Cell Flat Thermal Insulated Bottom Panel, which are separated by Foam Fillers. The Polycarbonate Double Skin Soaker Plates are used with composite steel panels.
RHINO TUFF Poly Soaker Plates Cum Skylight Panels have high Light Transmission. They can be manufactured in customized sizes and matching corrugations and profiles for easy integration with the roof.
They can be provided with a conical venture dome or a cylindrical-shaped neck at the center for mounting the ventilation equipment. A Poly-Soaker Plate with a conical dome is used for fixing wind-driven Auto-Rotators. The conical shape assists in draft formation, which improves the operational efficiency and performance of the Auto-Rotators. The venture dome and the cylindrical neck are provided with a differential height at corresponding points to help keep the ventilation equipment upright over the roof and perpendicular to the ground.
The Poly Soaker Plates have large-sized base openings to facilitate the rapid exhaust of large volumes of hot air from inside the building.
