They are used along with Steel Composite (Sandwich) Panels over low pitched roofs in metal frame buildings. They comprise of a top UV protected Clear Polycarbonate Single Skin Skylight Panel and a thermal insulated Flat Multi Cell Polycarbonate Panel with foam fillers in between.
They provide soft diffused natural light while limiting solar heat transmission to achieve remarkably low U & R Values. They are strong yet light, dimensionally stable, impact-resistant, shatter-proof, and unbreakable. They easily withstand high wind speeds, high impact, and heavy loads and are leakage-proof. They block UV rays and do not de-generate and yellow rapidly when exposed to the sun for a long period.
They have a high service temperature range and are suited for use in harsh and extreme climates. They are fire-rated, anti-corrosive, and safe to use.
They can be supplied in ready-to-use form or can be easily and quickly assembled at sites. They can be manufactured in customized sizes and corrugations for easy, quick, and proper installation. Matching corrugation ensures proper leakage-proof fitment with no need for waterproofing or sealing. They help save power and are economical to procure and use.
