RHINO TUFF GRP ANTI-CORROSIVE ROOF SHEETS are used in tough industrial environments where exposure to chemical corrosion and high temperature are common or in areas that are in close proximity to the ocean.
They are ideal substitutes for steel and aluminium sheets that tend to corrode rapidly when in contact with corrosive substances. They also outperform PVC in terms of mechanical and impact strength and UV resistance.
They are manufactured by reinforcing a superior grade of Polyester or Vinyl Resin with Glass to obtain exceptional mechanical, physical and thermal properties.
They have a high strength to weight ratio and resist chemical corrosion and a high operating temperature of up to 100°C. They are UV stabilized to resist the harmful effects of UV Radiation.
They come with a Gel-Coat on both sides. The Gel-Coat acts as a protective barrier that protects against environmental degradation and chemical corrosion caused due to highly corrosive and reactive industrial gases and fumes.
They can be made available in a length of up to 8.0 M, in a thickness between 1.50 – 3.0 MM and in different corrugations and pleasing colours.
