RHINO TUFF GRP RAIN WATER GUTTERS are plastic drains that are used in industrial buildings and warehouses to collect and handle storm rain water.
They are manufactured by reinforcing UV stabilized Un-Saturated Polyester Resin with Glass Fibre after application and curing of Surface Gel-Coat. The Gel-Coat serves as a protective barrier that guards against degeneration due to chemical corrosion and weather.
Unlike metallic and aluminium rain water gutters, RHINO TUFF GRP Gutters do not rust, weather and corrode and have a long and hassle-free service life. In addition, they exhibit exemplary mechanical and impact strength and a wide service temperature.
They can be made available in any shape, size and colour as per project requirement although the standard shapes are:
- Eaves
- Box Type
- Valley
- Half Round
They come with a smooth glass-like laminated inside finish to resist deposits and to minimize frictional losses. They are therefore easy to wash and clean.
They come with a male-female fixing arrangement for linear extension. They also come fitted with outlets of an appropriate diameter size to facilitate drainage of rain water.
