POLYCARBONATE DOUBLE SKIN THERMAL INSULATED SKYLIGHT PANELS

RHINO TUFF POLYCARBONATE DOUBLE SKIN THERMAL INSULATED SKYLIGHT PANELS are used with steel composite (sandwich) panels over roofs of metal frame buildings for quality natural light while limiting solar heat transmission. They consist of a UV protected Polycarbonate Clear Top Corrugated Panel in a corrugation matching with that of steel composite panel to capture maximum amount of sunlight and a UV protected Bottom Thermal Liner Panel that diffuses light and blocks solar heat and sound. The Top & Bottom Panels are separated by foam fillers that also serve as solid purlin fixing supports.

RHINO TUFF Polycarbonate Double Skin Skylight Panels are strong and impact resistant. They are UV coated, weather resistant and are suited for use in extreme weather. They exhibit exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation properties. They limit the transfer of solar heat and sound for relatively cool, quiet and comfortable interiors. They are fire resistant and non-fragile.

They can be made available in customised corrugations and sizes for easy and proper integration with any sandwich panel roof.
