RHINO TUFF POLY SOAKER PLATES CUM SKYLIGHT PANEL is an innovative 2 in 1 utility product that doubles-up as roof curb and a full-size skylight panel. It is made of transparent Polycarbonate Material. It holds ventilation equipment over roofs of metal frame buildings and also provides quality natural light.
Poly-Soaker Plates Cum Skylight Panels can be Single or Double Skin. The Single Skin Poly Soaker Plate is fully moulded with no joints or assembly and is used with corrugated steel sheets.
The Double Skin Poly Soaker Plates have a modular design and are used with sandwich panels. They provide a large amount of soft-diffused light while limiting solar heat transmission for relatively cool building interiors. They consist of a UV protected Polycarbonate Clear Top Corrugated Panel in a corrugation matching with that of steel composite panel to capture maximum amount of sunlight and a Bottom Thermal Liner Panel that limits transfer of solar heat and diffuses light.
Poly Soaker Plates can be manufactured in customised sizes and in matching corrugation for proper, easy and quick integration with any roof. They allow the freedom to install ventilation equipment anywhere on the roof and not just the ridge line with no need for waterproofing or sealing. They are provided with a conical venture dome or a cylindrical neck at the centre for mounting the ventilation equipment. The Poly Soaker Plates have large sized base openings to facilitate rapid exhaust of large volumes of hot air from inside the building.
