RHINO TUFF Polycarbonate (PC) Base Frames are used as ventilation hoods for mounting Turbo Ventilators and are manufactured using the best quality material. They are Vacuum Formed over the most technologically advanced Machinery using virgin & U.V. stable PC Solid Sheets.
The PC Sheets used for forming of the PC Base Frames are provided with a 30 Micron thick U.V. Coating on both sides to guard against harmful U.V. Rays of Sun. As a result RHINO TUFF PC Base Frames do not become yellow and brittle when exposed to Sunlight for long spells.
RHINO TUFF PC BASE PLATES are largely transparent allowing natural light to pass through them and thereby providing natural illumination in the place of installation
RHINO TUFF PC Base Frames come with a dual Mounting Neck to accommodate Turbo Fans in two different throat dia sizes. They can be made available in any one of the two dia size combinations listed below
- 24’’ (600 MM) x 21‘’ (530 MM)
- 24’’ (600 MM) x 22’’ (560 MM)
They have an in-built Venture Dome with a have a sizeable opening at its base to facilitate rapid exhaust of hot stale air through the Turbo Fans above. Their unique aero-dynamic design helps form a natural draft and also boost the convection currents resulting in an enhanced air flow. They can be made available in any profile / corrugation.
